Unlike other NiCad and NiMh batteries, these really hold their charge for a long time. With other batteries, every time I grabbed my digital camera, the batteries were dead. With these it's always ready to go, even if it's been months since I last used it.
I've got LOTS of electronic devices that I use frequently to occasionally, and use nothing but rechargeable batteries. The ONLY batteries I buy any more are these long shelf like NiMh cells; the Eneloop, and the similar Rayovac Hybrid, and Duracell precharged. GPS, flashlights, laser pointer, FRS radio, test equipment, all run on nothing but these batteries.
The professional that goes through multiple sets of batteries every day might want to stick with the conventional NiMh that have slightly higher capacity, but the casual user will be much happier with these precharged rechargeables. + See Full Customer Review |  |
