Actors portraying parents and grandparents go over the steps taken to childproof the various rooms in the house, as they review the usual hazards of drapery cords, electrical outlets, hot water, and the like. Although this is billed as a "perfect baby shower gift," gift givers and new parents need to be aware that this 24-minute tape is more of a starting-off point than a childproofing primer. While many hazards are pointed out, the solutions are often only mentioned with no explanation or details.
