The desprition states that these are the "Y" cut nipples this is not ture, they have one hole. My son has reflux so we have to put rice cereal in his bottles with these nipples he can not get anything out of them. I called the company about sending them back, they stated that I had to pay to ship them back and they would only give me $12.25 back. I asked them why they think I would want to send them back since I would have more in shipping charges then the item cost and they said sorry for the inconveince. That was the end of the phone call, they asked me if there was anything else they could help me with.
