I bought Braun ($139 ) & Pansonic Deluxe Sonic ($98) thru the years and I find that the Braun even with their clean & renew kit was a joke, I had to buy replacements tops or blades 3 times a year, for the cost of 3 of Es3041. I find that Es3041k out shaves them all. The best part is the price that Amazon sells it for is cheaper than buying the replacements foil & blade. I'm ordering 2 today, I use them about 6-8 months at a time & toss them. I find that if you use Lectric Pre Shave you get a cleaner shave and use witch hazel after.
I been using this type model for about 10 years.
