This product arrived in reasonable time, was functional as described. However it did require cutting and trimming to fit the model it was advertised to replace. But, no worries, the balance was cut up and used in floor vents for my heating system, a possible origin of the problem for which I obtained the Honeywell air purifier in the first place.
