Rating : - Love the Shiatsu rolling mechanism!
I was very wary when I bought this massager. Read many different reviews for similar items, but went with this one (reviewers rated the 400 model as inferior even though it has 4 rolling mechanisms). I'm glad I bought this! The shiatsu mode really kneads out the knots in my back, and I love that you can target in on one spot. The rolling mode feels too weak for me, but that's a personal opinion, since my sister has said it's quite harsh for her. I just had a baby 3 months ago and have been dying of back pains. Of course, with a newborn there is no time to go out and get massages, so this chair is a wonderful stand-in. I can sit there and get a massage while watching tv or even feeding the baby! I have something to look forward to every night before I wind down and when baby is finally asleep! Just a note, I am 5'5" and the rollers reach up to my shoulder blades. I found that to be just perfect.
